Petarda – Amnesia

Mit diesem Release zollen wir unserer heimlichen Liebe für melodiösen Drum and Bass Tribut. Wahlitaliener Petarda verzaubert uns auf seiner „Amnesia EP“ mit vier betörenden Tracks, mit denen sich gehörig in Trance begeben werden darf. Der Titeltrack „Amnesia“ sowie „Corpus Domini“ bilden das erste träumerische Paar und erinnert in seinen Klangfarben an vergleichbare Stücke im Techhouse-Genre. „Lost Forever“ und „The First Touch“ verfügen über ein kräftigeres Drumming und gehen etwas progressiver zu Werke. Den hypnotischen Charakter in seiner Musik verlässt Petarda jedoch nie und so haben alle Tracks der EP ein eigenes Temperament und machen aus dem Release dennoch einen stilvollen Guss.

With this release we pay tribute to our secret love for melodic Drum and Bass. Italian by choice Petarda enchants us on his „Amnesia EP“ with four beguiling tracks, with which one can properly go into a trance. The title track “Amnesia” and “Corpus Domini” form the first dreamy couple and their timbres are reminiscent of comparable pieces in the Techhouse genre. „Lost Forever“ and „The First Touch“ have a stronger drumming and go about one‘s work a bit more progressive. However, Petarda never leaves the hypnotic character in his music and so all tracks on the EP have their own temperament and still make the release a stylish cast.
